【漾新聞記者陳雯萍／高雄報導】民進黨的選戰正式開跑，在國民黨涉介入民調初選的指控下，投入高雄市長選戰的國民黨立委柯志恩，7日也透過圖卡方式，呼籲支持者接到民調電話，請一律回答「唯一支持柯志恩」。
這也是繼國民黨的謝龍介之後，所採取「不介選」肯定支持柯志恩的作法。柯志恩表示，2026若要勝選，一定要設法得到過半支持，就任後才能穩定執政，不會把希望寄託於對手分裂。
因此，她呼籲支持者若接到民調電話，無論是詢問「邱議瑩與柯志恩，您支持誰」、「許智傑與柯志恩，您支持誰」、「林岱樺與柯志恩，您支持誰」、「賴瑞隆與柯志恩，您支持誰」，或是「邱議瑩、許智傑、林岱樺、賴瑞隆，您支持誰」，請支持者一律回答：「唯一支持柯志恩」。
柯志恩發出的圖卡，呼籲支持者，接到民調電話「唯一支持柯志恩」外，柯志恩團隊，在上個月25號的看板記者會後，也迅速在社群成立「有志一同」粉專，po出包括柯志恩巧遇抓漏達人陳財佑，以及柯志恩與民進黨候選人看板的猜拳「世紀對決」等趣味圖文，捕捉政治之外的幕後花絮，成功捕捉年輕族群眼球，也提高柯志恩的網路討論聲量。
贏得2026高雄市長選舉，柯志恩團隊勤走基層，「要以真心換支持」、「以專業獲支持」，更要與高雄市民同在，贏得過半的勝選。
